Our process is the same for every client. It all starts with an initial consultation to get a feel for what you are looking for in your new space. Take a look at all of the steps below.


What WeOff

1. Initial Consultation

First, we will schedule an on-site meeting to discuss your upcoming project, where we will take the time to understand your vision, requirements, and budget for your project.

2. Design Proposal

After the consultation, we will send you a design proposal based on your new project, along with details regarding payment.

3. Project Foundation

Once your payment is received, we will create the base model of your home and current exterior space. At this stage, we’ll also review initial design directions with you, exploring inspiration, themes, and ideas to help shape your new space.

4. Design Creation

Now, we begin developing a detailed design for your outdoor space. We thoughtfully combine your ideas, preferences, and feedback to ensure the design not only meets your expectations but also gives you confidence in the direction we’re creating together.

5. Design Presentation

Step into your new outdoor space before it’s built. We’ll present a full 3D walkthrough of your design, giving you the chance to share your thoughts, suggest refinements, and ensure every detail aligns with your vision.

6. Design Finalization

At this final stage, we’ll incorporate all your requested revisions and prepare the detailed documents needed to begin construction. Your dream outdoor space is now ready to become a reality!

Construction

Now that your design is complete, we can handle all of the construction from start to finish. We are an all in one solution, but if you only want to use our design and go with another contractor, that’s fine too!
